USJ ships these sealed, so contents can't be checked and duplicates are possible on multiple orders — the purchase limit is raised to six per person specifically to give collectors a fair shot at the full set. Rated 6 and over, park-visitor registration required. We buy direct from the official store; ordering the full six is the only way to guarantee variety, and even then randomness applies.
