Terms of service

1. Personal Shopping Service LEALEA MART acts as a proxy/personal shopping service. We are not the manufacturer of the products sold. We purchase items from authorized retailers (e.g., Tokyo Disney Resort, USJ) on your behalf.

2. Product Availability & Limits Due to the high demand and limited nature of theme park merchandise:

• Inventory is not guaranteed until we physically secure the item at the park.
• If an item becomes sold out (out of stock) after you place an order, we will cancel that specific item and issue a full refund immediately.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer to ensure fairness.

3. Pricing Our prices include the original retail price plus a service fee for sourcing, handling, and packaging. Prices are subject to change without notice based on market availability.

4. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Japan. LEALEA MART and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise.
