Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing LEALEA MART for your authentic Japanese merchandise! Because we source limited-edition, pre-release, and custom-made items directly from theme parks and manufacturers in Japan, our fulfillment process for these items differs from standard in-stock inventory.

By purchasing a "Pre-Order" or "Made-to-Order" item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders are items that have not yet been released by the manufacturer or theme park, or are currently being secured by our proxy team. Made-to-order items are custom pieces currently in production. Purchasing these items guarantees your place in line to receive the merchandise as soon as it is secured and released.

2. Payment Terms

To secure your limited-edition items and begin the sourcing or manufacturing process, 100% of the payment is collected at checkout. This upfront payment allows our team in Japan to immediately purchase the item on your behalf the moment it becomes available.

3. Estimated Shipping Dates & Delays

  • Each pre-order product page will list an "Estimated Shipping Month."
  • Because we rely on third-party manufacturers, Tokyo Disney Resort, Universal Studios Japan, and other brands, these dates are estimates and are subject to change.
  • Production delays, park stock shortages, or release date changes are beyond our control. If a significant delay occurs (exceeding 30 days past the original estimate), we will notify you via the email associated with your order.

4. "Mixed Cart" Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order Items)

If you place an order containing both "In-Stock" items and "Pre-Order" items, your entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship together.

  • If you would like your in-stock items shipped immediately, please place two separate orders, or contact us to arrange a separate shipping fee for the split delivery.

5. Cancellations and "Buyer's Remorse"

Because our team physically travels to secure these exclusive items or commissions them specifically for you upon receiving your payment, all Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order purchases are final sale.

  • We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or modifications due to "buyer's remorse" or impatience regarding the estimated manufacturing/release timeline once the order is placed.
  • Filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company to bypass this policy is considered fraudulent. LEALEA MART will submit this agreed-upon policy and the timestamps of your checkout to the financial institution to dispute the chargeback.

6. Address Changes

If your shipping address changes between the time you place your pre-order and the expected shipping date, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately at support@lealeamart.com. We are not responsible for pre-orders shipped to an old address if you did not notify us of the change prior to dispatch.

7. Sourcing Failures & Out-of-Stock Refunds

While we are highly successful in securing exclusive proxy items, there are rare occasions where a manufacturer cancels production, or a theme park enforces strict purchasing limits that prevent us from fulfilling your order.

  • If LEALEA MART is unable to secure your pre-ordered item for any reason, you are guaranteed a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
