Refund policy

Overview

As LEALEA MART operates as a personal shopping service based in Japan, sourcing limited-edition items on your behalf, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to "change of mind" once an order has been placed with the theme park or retailer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

  • Reporting Window: You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking number.
  • Proof Required: Please email support@lealeamart.com with your Order Number and clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the shipping box.
  • Resolution: We will offer a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless arrived damaged:

  • Perishable Goods: Food items (e.g., Godiva Chocolate, cookies, tins). Note: We are not responsible for chocolate melting during transit in hot climates.
  • Pre-order Items: Items that were specially ordered for you.
  • Sale Items: Items marked as final sale.

Out of Stock

In the case that your items come out of stock or discontinued, you may choose to wait for restock or to get a full refund. We will contact you by email or Facebook Messenger if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved for a defective item, LEALEA MART will cover the return shipping costs. For any other authorized returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees to our Japan office.
