Processing Time

Because we source items directly from Tokyo Disney Resort, USJ, and other locations, please allow 7 to 14 business days for us to procure and pack your order.

  • Pre-orders: Pre-ordered items will ship according to the release date stated on the product page.
  • We do not accept rush orders.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship worldwide from Japan using Japan Post (EMS/Small Packet) with a tracking number. You may track your package at: https://trackings.post.japanpost.jp/services/srv/search/input?locale=en

  • Standard Shipping: 13–26 business days.
  • Express Shipping:
    • US: 9 – 14 business days.
    • Canada and Europe: 5 – 10 business days.
    • Oceania: 6 – 11 business days.
    • Asia: 2 – 12 business days.
  • Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, postal strikes, bad weather or in the nature of force majeure. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)

LEALEA MART is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.

Chocolate & Perishables

For items like the "Godiva x Disney" collection: We highly recommend choosing Express Shipping to minimize transit time. We package items securely, but we cannot control temperature conditions during transit.

Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier immediately. LEALEA MART is not liable for theft after delivery.
