Rather than simply printing a watermelon pattern onto existing plush, each character has been redesigned with a unique, characterful interaction with the fruit: some are caught mid-bite, one is dressed head-to-toe in a full watermelon costume, and each has its own small personality quirk baked into the design.
Meet the Characters
Pooh appears peeking out from inside a giant watermelon, looking blissfully satisfied — as though he's just finished munching his way through it, with an adorable watermelon seed stuck to his mouth. True to his food-loving character, it's one of the most charming interpretations in the whole lineup.
Stitch goes all in with a full watermelon costume — hat and pants included — rendered in a glossy green-and-black striped design that's fully detailed on the inside as well as the outside. A cute curled vine decoration tops off the hat, and the design is meant to look adorable from all 360 degrees.
Chip and Dale both appear peeking out from watermelons with fruit flesh charmingly smudged around their mouths. Dale's version has a particularly funny detail: he appears to have sprinkled salt on his watermelon slice, a nod to a popular (if divisive) Japanese way of eating the fruit.
