Chainsaw Man × USJ Halloween 2026: The Complete Merchandise Guide

Chainsaw Man × USJ Halloween 2026: The Complete Merchandise Guide

Universal Studios Japan has brought Denji back for a third Halloween, and the 2026 merchandise line is the largest the collaboration has produced so far. Twelve items, four characters on the front of them, and a sales window that closes on 8 November 2026.

If you are trying to work out what is actually in the range, which pieces disappear first, or how to get any of it delivered outside Japan, this guide covers all three.

What is Chainsaw Man The Chaos 4-D?

Chainsaw Man The Chaos 4-D is a limited-run 4-D theatre attraction at Universal Studios Japan, screening in the Cinema 4-D Theater during Halloween Horror Nights 2026 from 11 September to 8 November 2026.

The story is written specifically for the park — it does not adapt a chapter of the manga or an episode of the anime. Denji, Aki Hayakawa, Power and Kobeni turn up at USJ and run into the Halloween Horror Nights demon and its zombie army. Because the Cinema 4-D Theater supports 3D projection alongside physical effects like seat motion and air blasts, the fight lands as something you feel rather than just watch.

2026 is a double anniversary year: Universal Studios Japan's 25th, and Halloween Horror Nights' 15th. The Chainsaw Man collaboration also extends beyond the theatre this year, with a tie-in on Hollywood Dream The Ride and a street greeting near the Cinema 4-D Theater.

The merchandise range released alongside it is what this guide is about.

The full Chainsaw Man USJ Halloween 2026 merchandise list

Twelve items, sold inside the park and on Universal Studios Japan's domestic online store.

Apparel

Denji T-Shirt — A cotton unisex tee with Denji on the front, offered in four sizes from S to XL. Japanese park apparel runs slim, so most overseas buyers size up one from their usual fit.

All-Character Shirt — The centrepiece of the apparel line and the only item in the range carrying the full cast in a single design: Denji, Makima, Aki Hayakawa, Power, Kobeni and Reze. A boxy, short-sleeved polyester shirt in M and L, cut to wear open over a tee. USJ has not offered an all-cast Chainsaw Man shirt in previous years.

Pochita items

Pochita gets four pieces to himself this season, and historically these are the fastest to clear from park shelves.

Pochita Plush Keychain — Around 16 cm including the chain, which makes it a small plush that clips to a bag rather than a flat charm. If you buy one thing from the range, park regulars will point you here.

Pochita Hand Muff Cushion — The largest item in the line at roughly half a metre across. Your hands go into the muff pocket while Pochita sits in your lap, which is exactly what you want for the cold October and November evenings that Halloween Horror Nights runs into.

Pochita Headband — The katyusha headband is the definitive Universal Studios Japan souvenir, and the 2026 version puts Pochita on top of your head at a size that reads clearly in photos. This is the item guests wear through the park all day.

Pochita Shoulder Bag — A polyester crossbody with a synthetic leather strap that adjusts from about 70 cm to 128 cm, so it works on adults and children. Sized for a phone, wallet, battery pack and compact camera.

Accessories and collectibles

Denji & Reze Pair Keychain Set — Two matching metal charms rather than the usual full-cast assortment. Given the attention on the Reze Arc film, a dedicated Denji × Reze pair is the most collector-targeted item USJ has put in this range.

Bracelet & Ring Set — Four pieces: one adjustable bracelet plus three character rings for Makima, Aki Hayakawa and Power. Made in brass, zinc alloy, iron and glass rather than plastic, which puts it above the usual park-accessory standard. Rated for ages 15 and up.

Case & Sticker Set — The most interactive item in the line. A polyester case supplied with eight paper stickers covering all seven characters, so you choose the layout yourself. Customisable park merchandise is unusual for USJ.

Everyday items

Pen Case — Full-size synthetic leather case carrying the whole cast. Stationery is produced in smaller quantities than plush or apparel and is often gone before the event closes.

Denji Face Towel — Cut to the long muffler-towel proportion Japanese park guests wear around the neck, so it functions as a wearable accessory as much as a towel.

Stainless Steel Tumbler — An 18-8 stainless tumbler with an acrylic-coated finish, carrying six characters. Worth noting that this one carries over from the earlier Chainsaw Man × USJ range rather than being new for 2026. Hand wash only.

Which items sell out first?

Based on how previous USJ Chainsaw Man seasons and other Halloween ranges have moved:

  1. Pochita plush keychain — plush is consistently the first category to clear
  2. Pochita headband — bought to be worn on the day, so it sells at attraction volume
  3. The all-character shirt — one design, two sizes, and the only full-cast apparel
  4. Denji & Reze pair keychain — the collector-driven item of the season
  5. Pen case and stationery — smallest production runs in the range

The hand muff cushion is a slower burn but has the smallest total production of the large items, so it tends to vanish quietly in the last few weeks.

Why this merchandise is hard to buy from outside Japan

Chainsaw Man USJ Halloween 2026 merchandise is sold only inside Universal Studios Japan and on USJ's Japanese-language online store, which does not ship internationally.

Three separate barriers stack up:

  • Park visit registration. Most items in this range are flagged 来場登録対象 — you must register a park visit before the online store will let you buy them.
  • A Japanese account and address. The USJ store requires a domestic account, and orders can only be delivered within Japan.
  • A three-per-person cap. USJ limits purchases to three units per item per person, which keeps the total volume reaching overseas collectors genuinely small.

Add to that the fact that USJ does not reissue seasonal merchandise. Once Halloween Horror Nights ends on 8 November 2026, the 2026 designs are finished — the only route after that is the resale market, where past Chainsaw Man park items have traded well above their original retail.
