The collaboration celebrates Pokémon’s 30th Anniversary alongside the opening of the 2026/27 Meiji Yasuda J.League, which kicked off on 7 August 2026. Under the banner “Pokémon J.League Fes” (ポケモンＪリーグフェス), all 60 J.League clubs across J1, J2 and J3 take part. Each club’s partner Pokémon appears in events and visitor gifts at its stadium, and Pikachu acts as the League Partner Pokémon.
